I found this Scout Terra about 2 years ago in east Texas. The motor has 101,000 miles, runs great. I stripped, primed, block sanded, disassembled everything, painted in the original Winter White, put in a new bed, the old one was wavy from excess loads. Lined the bed and behind the seats, repainted the dash, new windshield and gaskets, window felt, new carpet, re-did the seats in the original Russet Plaid. Factory composite wheels. Spear stipe down the side. Sanden rotary air compressor for the ac. New brake booster and master cylinder. Good driving Scout.

Most of the truck is stock, but I replaced the factory wiring harness with a Ron Francis harness. The next thing I did was put in a electronic ignition, electric wipers, new motor mounts, gauges and poly gas
tanks. All chrome was replated, body was media blasted and painted dodge viper red,and replaced the rusted steel top with a k-line top.

My Scout is 100% original. It has the original “Twin Stick” transfer case with 3 speed manual transmission along with the 4 cylinder engine. I mostly drive it on weekends and enjoy the stares I get when people see it coming down the road, most of whom do not know what it is.

This beautiful Scout was restored for me by Light Line of LA! It’s bone stock except for a 4 inch lift. This is an every day driver all summer here in Rhode Island. I go to the beach and on the beach and this truck gets more comments and looks and is more fun to drive than anything else in my collection. I don’t think the top has been on it in 5 years. The sand here is really soft but I’ve never had a problem. I have rescued a few Jeeps though. Thanks again to the guys here at Light Line for a fine ride!
